The campaign has resulted in AMS being shortlisted in the Apprenticeship Initiative category in the 2019 Recruitment Marketing Awards.
The result of the innovative social media campaign was almost 6,000 applications for numerous network, digital and technology apprenticeships, with 31 hires already made ahead of schedule.
The campaign also saw a 140% year-on-year increase in female applications – a key success for the company’s diversity goals.
