I keep the work flowing through Janno as smoothly and efficiently as possible. When I’m not doing this, or preparing new quotes, I’ll be working on processes and operations, for a smarter working Janno Media.
My background is within creative agencies, specifically in the recruitment and employer branding area. Using video to get results has been a significant part of my work in recent years and I’m excited to be able to share this experience with clients here at Janno Media.
I’m proud of lots of things I’ve worked on over the years, but what really springs to mind is a campaign I worked on for Santander, that Janno Media produced for me. The campaign was to promote Early Careers opportunities at Santander and we did this by telling the life stories of some existing apprentices. They were inspiring stories, and the award-winning work proved to be very successful. What was important, was the meaningful stories we created. People often talk about ‘making a difference’ in their work – with this project it felt very true and meaningful.
What I like about working for Janno Media is absolutely and without doubt the people. What a lovely bunch. I was lucky enough to be a client of Janno’s for 5 years before joining and I couldn’t think of a nicer team to work with.
