Talking to LeadHers

Project overview

Global law firm, CMS has been a Janno Media partner since 2015. This long-standing collaboration includes support across all our core services. Among these is the Talking to LeadHers podcast, now in its third series. The podcast is a pivotal part of the CMS #LeadHers campaign, which supports female entrepreneurship through the CMS equIP accelerator programme.

The brief

CMS were looking for a podcast that would address the challenges faced by female entrepreneurs while fostering positivity and offering actionable steps for driving change. The series needed to inspire its audience with success stories from prominent female founders and amplify the impact of the #LeadHers campaign.

Our Approach

We provided end-to-end podcast production, ensuring seamless remote recordings for the convenience of the hosts and guests. Promotional sound wave trailers were crafted for each episode to engage listeners effectively. The podcast’s content was tailored to align closely with the #LeadHers campaign, combining storytelling and actionable insights to resonate with the audience.

Key Highlights

  • Partnership with CMS since 2015, encompassing all five Janno Media services.
  • Full production of the Talking to LeadHers podcast, currently in its third series.
  • Flexible remote recording setup accommodating high-profile guests.
  • Featured guests include BorrowMyDoggy Founder Rikke Rosenlund, NatWest’s Julie Baker, and Checkout.com’s Jess Houlgrave.
  • Creation of sound wave trailers to promote episodes and enhance engagement.
  • Insights from the podcast series were highlighted in Janno Media’s Signal podcast with Katie Nagy de Nagybaczon.
  • We wanted something conversational—a way to tell stories. A lot of what law firms produce is written content, but we wanted to approach our relationship with our female founders differently. We spoke with them about what they needed from us and how we could support them. One of the things they highlighted was the importance of amplifying their voices and helping them share their messages with the world. A podcast felt like a perfect fit—a way to literally hear their voices and provide a platform to share their stories
