Our latest collaboration was with AMS for Foxtons, a leading London-based estate agency, to produce a comprehensive employee value proposition (EVP) campaign. The project combined video production, motion graphics, brand photography, and voiceover to align with the theme, “Destined for greatness. Make it with us.”

AMS tasked us with developing a standout EVP video for Foxtons that would showcase the energy and culture of working at the company. Alongside the video, we were asked to capture high-quality photography for use across their careers site and recruitment campaign, all aimed at attracting top talent to the team.
Our Approach
To authentically showcase Foxtons’ vibrant work culture, we spent several days on-site capturing dynamic videography and photography of their team in action. Our aim was to encapsulate the energy and enthusiasm of their workplace. We also incorporated event footage to add an extra layer of authenticity and excitement.
The video featured bespoke motion graphics and a carefully crafted voiceover, aligning seamlessly with Foxtons’ brand and the overarching “Destined for greatness” theme. The photographs were designed to enhance their visual branding and were prominently featured on their newly launched careers site.
