We produced a series of videos for Santander’s Apprenticeship Programme in partnership with talent acquisition experts, AMS. These videos highlighted the personal journeys of various apprentices, including Oliver and Isabel. The project aimed to bring authenticity to talent acquisition, offering a compelling narrative around apprenticeships and their impact on personal growth and career development.

The brief
AMS’s Employer Brand Team we’re looking for a partner to produce content that would resonate emotionally with viewers, particularly by focusing on the personal stories of Santander’s apprentices. The goal was to capture the authentic, real-world challenges of the apprentices, and to highlight the value of the apprenticeship programme beyond professional skills. The final videos were intended to inspire both potential candidates and corporate stakeholders.
Our Approach
Janno Media took on the full production of these videos, from initial filming to final post-production. We worked closely with AMS and Santander to ensure each story was told with sincerity and depth, with a particular focus on the apprentices’ personal journeys. Isabel’s award-winning story, which highlighted her mental health recovery and professional journey, became a standout narrative for its authenticity and emotional resonance. Oliver’s video was also shortlisted for the 2023 Recruitment Marketing Awards.
