Project overview

AMS, a leading talent acquisition agency, has partnered with Janno Media for several years to create compelling recruitment content for high-profile clients, including Rolls-Royce. We collaborated on The Power Series, a series of six inspiring and information-packed virtual events to give an insight into working at Rolls-Royce. Aimed at attracting graduates and young professionals from a more diverse background, The Power Series focused on promoting the company’s commitment to career development, hands-on learning, and a dynamic work environment.

The brief

Rolls-Royce, through AMS and Meet and Engage, engaged Janno Media to produce engaging content for The Power Series to attract top early-career talent. The project required a main promotional video that incorporated animated typography, stills, and live footage, in addition to social media edits of live discussions from the series events. We’ve also produced on-location videos featuring apprentices and employees to provide authentic insights into the experiences of working at Rolls-Royce as an apprentice

Our Approach

Our team worked closely with AMS to emphasise innovation and professional growth opportunities at Rolls-Royce. For the main promotional video, we combined animated typography with powerful imagery and footage to create a dynamic promotional piece. The social edits included motion graphics to amplify key messages from live discussions, making the content more engaging for online audiences.

Additionally, we filmed on-site at Rolls-Royce locations, capturing candid interviews with apprentices and employees. These videos provided prospective candidates with a first-hand look at the apprenticeship experience, further supporting Rolls-Royce’s recruitment strategy with relatable, authentic content.

The Power Series content successfully positioned Rolls-Royce as an appealing employer for early career talent. The dynamic visuals and authentic messaging strengthened Rolls-Royce’s recruitment outreach, driving engagement across digital platforms and building interest among graduates and young professionals. The initiative was also recognised with the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative award at the Recruitment Marketing Awards.
