Using video to set potential free

It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Talent Collective to showcase the emerging talent opportunities on offer for their client, Santander.

The team at Talent Collective have created some really engaging pieces of content driven by an inspirational narrative, highlighting the journeys of four of their young apprentices and graduates.

We filmed, Ksenia and Jake as they had just embarked on their Santander journeys, then revisited them one year later to find out how they’d got on.

The videos have been used to highlight the growth in skills and confidence in these young people – a nod to the brilliant opportunities on offer within the Santander emerging talent programmes. They are proving to be a powerful recruitment tool.
