We have a long-standing partnership with talent acquisition experts, AMS who wanted support with a graduate recruitment campaign for BNP Paribas. The brief was to capture both individual and group shots, as well as environmental images, showcasing their Graduate Induction. These visuals were intended to be used across BNP Paribas’s careers campaign, including their website and various promotional materials.

BNP Paribas were looking for fresh, authentic photography to highlight their graduate programme. The project required both posed shots of new graduates and dynamic, natural images of the induction process, reflecting the collaborative and forward-thinking environment that BNP Paribas promotes to attract top talent.
Our Approach
We provided on-site photography, capturing a mix of professional headshots, group photos, and natural moments that conveyed the energy of the induction. We focused on creating visuals that aligned with BNP Paribas’s brand, balancing a polished, professional aesthetic with genuine moments from the induction day.
In addition to the photography, we have also supported AMS and BNP Paribas with video content for their graduate career campaigns. The videos included interviews with current graduates, providing an authentic view of what it’s like to start a career with BNP Paribas.
