Project overview

Janno Media collaborated with People’s Palace Projects at Queen Mary University of London to produce their first mini-podcast series, Eco-nversation. This thought-provoking series explores the role of arts and culture in addressing the climate emergency, featuring conversations with activists, artists, and academics. The podcast launched alongside the UN climate summit #COP27, aligning with global conversations about climate action.

The brief

People’s Palace Projects tasked us with producing a podcast series that would inspire dialogue and action around the climate crisis. They wanted to bring together a diverse array of voices to question societal roles, responsibilities, and how cultural institutions can influence hearts and minds about climate justice.

Our Approach

Our podcast team provided end-to-end production support, ensuring a smooth experience for this inaugural series. We facilitated remote recordings, connecting participants across locations. To help People’s Palace Projects achieve the best results, we provided tailored guidance on structure, content, and editing. Distribution was handled through Transistor, streaming to all major podcast platforms.
