The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is a globally recognised institution and a leading figure in manufacturing technology. Janno Media partnered with MTC to develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) video that encapsulates the essence of being part of the MTC team. This video serves as a powerful tool for attracting top talent by showcasing the organisation’s unique culture and collaborative spirit.

The brief

MTC wanted to create an engaging EVP video that answers key questions about their mission: Why do we do what we do? What do we aim to achieve as one team? The objective was to present authentic employee voices that reflect the MTC experience, reinforcing the organisation’s reputation as a great place to work.

Our Approach

To create the EVP video, Janno Media visited MTC’s Coventry site to engage directly with employees. Our team filmed interviews and candid moments, ensuring the final product authentically represented the voices and experiences of the staff. The video, just under three minutes long, was designed to resonate with prospective employees by highlighting the collaborative and innovative environment at MTC.
