Case Study: Careers at BNP Paribas

We were delighted to see the launch of the brand new BNP Paribas careers website this May, spearheaded by global talent acquisition experts, Talent Collective.

We’ve worked really closely with Talent Collective on this project, producing eleven new videos and professional photography to enhance the site and convey what it’s like to become part of one of the world’s largest and most successful banking groups.

The videos, which feature current BNP Paribas staff are an integral part of the new site, and give prospects and applicants a real insight into the world of BNP Paribas.

An inspiring homepage video complements their theme of ‘the bank for the changing world’, supported by a number of engaging videos on early careers and experiences, internal mobility and life at BNP Paribas.

As well as bringing life to the website, the photography will be utilised for future marketing collateral and the videos produced will continue to generate interest and engagement through online marketing and social media.

Since the campaign launch, the videos have already generated over 2,000 views on YouTube and will continue to contribute to the talent acquisition efforts at BNP Paribas.
